What Should I Wear and How Should I Prepare for My First Appointment?
For your first visit, we recommend wearing loose-fitting or athletic clothing to allow for easy movement during your assessment and any treatment. Please plan to arrive about 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. Your initial appointment will typically take about an hour, giving us time to properly assess your needs and discuss a personalized treatment plan.

What is an Adjustment, and Are There
Other Options?

A chiropractic adjustment is a gentle, controlled movement applied to a joint to restore proper alignment and improve function. It's often used to relieve pain, reduce stiffness, and support better mobility. During an adjustment, you may hear a popping or cracking sound — this is completely normal and simply the release of gas bubbles from the joint. It’s also normal if no sound is heard; the effectiveness of the adjustment is not determined by the noise. If you’re not comfortable with manual adjustments, there are other options such as instrument-assisted adjustments, mobilization techniques, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation exercises. Your comfort is our priority, and we will always tailor your care to what feels best for you.
