Manual and Instrument Adjustments and Mobilization

These techniques are used to improve joint movement, reduce pain, and restore proper function. Manual adjustments involve precise, hands-on movements to realign joints, while instrument-assisted adjustments use a small handheld device to deliver gentle, targeted force. Mobilization techniques use slower, controlled movements to stretch and move joints through their natural range of motion, promoting flexibility and reducing stiffness.

Acupuncture and Dry Needling

These needle-based therapies target specific points in the body to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and promote healing. Thin, sterile needles are inserted into areas of tightness or dysfunction to stimulate the nervous system, improve blood flow, and support the body’s natural recovery processes.

Shockwave, Ultrasound and Interferential Current

These therapeutic modalities are used to reduce pain, promote healing, and enhance tissue recovery. Shockwave therapy delivers high-energy sound waves to break down scar tissue and stimulate healing. Therapeutic ultrasound uses deep sound wave vibrations to increase blood flow, relax muscles, and reduce inflammation. Interferential current (IFC) uses gentle electrical impulses to reduce pain, decrease swelling, and stimulate muscle repair.

Cupping, IASTM and Massage

These soft tissue therapies are designed to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and support recovery. Cupping uses suction to lift tissue and enhance blood flow. IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) involves the use of specialized tools to break down scar tissue and release tight fascia. Massage therapy uses hands-on techniques to relax muscles, reduce stress, and improve overall mobility.
